Generac 6199 Power Management Module 24V Starter Kit - Simplified Version

The Generac Digital Power Management system is comprised of two components. Firstly, there is the Generac 6199 PMM Starter Kit, which includes a 24VAC transformer that can be easily installed in the NEMA 3R Smart Switches, as well as the initial 50 amp, 24VAC actuated PMM. In order to utilize PMMs, the NEMA 3R Smart Switches must have the transformer installed.

The second component is the Generac 6186 PMM, which is a 50 amp, 24VAC actuated contactor housed in a NEMA 3R enclosure. It can be used for both indoor and outdoor installations. When used in conjunction with any of the single-phase switches ranging from 100 to 800 amps, the PMMs enable intelligent management of household or business loads. This allows for the utilization of a smaller, more efficient generator system. It is important to note that up to four PMMs can be used with a single switch.

Both the PMM Starter Kit and individual PMMs come with a one-year limited warranty. It is worth mentioning that the Starter Kit and PMM are only compatible with the RTSR and RTSY transfer switches.
